Swastik Yoga is a Yoga Alliance certified yoga school founded by a team of passionate and experienced yoga teachers who want to share the healing and transformative powers of yoga with people around the world.

Our teachers are all certified by Yoga Alliance and have more than 10 years of experience in teaching yoga. They have trained hundreds of students from all over the world and have received excellent feedback and reviews from their students.

We offer a range of yoga teacher training programs in Dharamshala, India, throughout the year, including 200-hour and 300-hour courses. Our courses are designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of yoga philosophy, asana practice, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, and teaching methodology.

Our programs are suitable for all levels, ages, and backgrounds, whether you are an experienced yogi or a beginner. Our training courses are all-inclusive, providing comfortable accommodation and nutritious vegetarian meals throughout your stay with us.
